The Vizion Wealth team has had a very busy first quarter. Tax-Year End is always a very busy time for us and we love that it gives us a chance to catch up with our clients and assist them with year-end planning.
Firstly, we wanted to let you know that Transact have recently updated their platform and you are now able to view linked family portfolios. A request needs to be sent which is then accepted by the other party and then all portfolio values will be available to be seen. There is a short video which provides instructions on how to get set up: https://www.transact-online.co.uk/family-view/. This is good news as this is something we have been asked about in the past.
Last time you heard from us, we were off to our Christmas social. The good news is we managed to beat the Escape Room and enjoyed a nice meal and a few drinks after.
In other news, we have some exam passes to celebrate, Navleen has recently passed her CII R05, Personal Protection. Nav only has one more exam to go and she will then be Regulated Diploma in Financial Services qualified, this is a great achievement and we are all very proud of her.
Tara has recently passed CII Advanced Diploma AF6 Exam – Senior Management & Supervision, this exam consisted of three essay type papers on various subjects relating to the running of a Regulated Financial Services Business.
I am sure you remember the appointment of our new Adviser, Tean Hatt, in November last year. Tean has fitted into the team really well and is being kept busy with new client enquiries. He did however, find time to have a little skiing trip earlier this year, as did Andrew also. They both returned intact, well just a little bruised face for Tean!
If you haven’t already heard, James Blackham, one of the partners of Vizion Wealth is off to pastures new (along with Jess). All of the team at Vizion wish them the very best for the future, they will be missed. However, it will be business as usual with Tean Hatt, our other Chartered Financial Planner, continuing to take on new clients within the business, ensuring the continued growth of Vizion Wealth and our services.
We would also like to announce our Charity Partnerships for this year, through various sponsorships, sporting challenges and with donations we will be supporting: Willen Hospice, Stony Cricket Club, Harry’s Rainbow, Noah’s Ark and Milton Keynes Rugby Club.
As always, at Vizion Wealth, our clients are at the heart of what we do. We take great pride in providing a good service, and working to ensure good outcomes are achieved for all of our clients. We look forward to continuing to work with you all throughout this year and please do contact us if there is anything you need assistance with in the new tax year.
